My (personal) favourite 1st trimester pregnancy snacks

1. Strawberry Kefir/Yogurt/Greek Yogurt with fresh fruit and granola. 

2. Sharp, aged cheddar and crackers/apples. 

3. Citrus fruit/tropical fruit salad. Packed with vitamin C, easy to digest, and instant energy boost. Remember that eating Vitamin C helps your body to absorb iron. 

4. Living lettuce salad with avocado, tomatoes, radish, cucumber. 

5. Sautéed spinach with butter and sea salt.
